training day number seventy

wow. 70 runs done. who da thunk it? (smile)

after all the activity this week, i guess i was a bit tired for running. yesterday's fullsteam run was ok and i was told i seemed tired. i felt it was running in the pack and having to change pace and stop for traffic that was bothering me. then today, i feel tight in my shoulders and was really glad when my run was over. please, please, please do not let me get sick. i have worked so hard. i will whine like a five year old until christmas. (smile) but seriously, i will take it easy for the next few days to get ready for sunday's 20 miles.
