training day number seventy-three

this is for a run on wednesday. yeah, i know i'm late

this is the fullsteam run that i count but not as one of my training days. well this week instead of a 3 mile or a 4 mile, we ran the 6.2 mile. so i will count this as the training run especially since i could not run on thursday or friday due to work. so on to the results.
