training day number twenty-one
today's run was to be a short 2 miler but my route was a bit longer than i thought. i was also tired from a long night and a little to much wine. but i finished and that is what we endurance runners do. what it takes to finish. that is my goal for this obx marathon as well. if it is 10:00 pm, i will cross the finish line. lol
i made my 10 miles for the week; 11.42 miles to be exact. now it is time for a beer and sausage.
gym: 30 minutes cycle on 12 of 20 manual setting, abs, pushups and stretches 410 calories (yes, i still have not changed this workout)
