training day number fifteen


it was a bear at work today. the customer and case i am working are difficult but i can handle it. it will get better, right? 

although i was in meetings all day, i still got to the gym. plus i was able to enjoy my great lunch made for me by my sweetheart. ain't life great? 

it poured rain when it was time to leave work but i was not able to leave until an hour and a half later due to documents i had to file. the rain was over by the time i could leave. so i was able to run; rain free. 

the run was a challenge since it i was starting out after 7:00 pm. i called out to my god for energy and we got it done; one step at a time. i finished up the run downtown near all the patio restaurants on main st. as i walked by all sweaty i thought, "it is bad to feel good about funking up their dining experience?" (smile)

gym: 30 minutes cycle on 12 of 20 manual setting, abs, pushups and stretches 410 calories (i need to work on a new routine but this fits great into an hour. but most of all i sweat)
