training day number sixteen

today i hit 4 miles...wow!!! progress is a great thing. it was rough though and i had to push myself after a night of libation. i will learn my lesson because i can't party like a pirate just yet. 


i worked out early because i was tired and needed the energy to get through the day. then i knew i would be tired for my run but being tired from partying is not a good excuse. so i feel better that i made my run. i will sleep good tonight.


gym: 30 minutes cycle on 12 of 20 manual setting, abs, pushups and stretches 410 calories
