training day number seventeen

i forgot to mention one exciting thing about this week's route. i am running from our house to duke chapel. i run right in front of the tower as my halfway point. how cool is that? 


i had a late start again today due to work but i was determined to run and do another 4 miles. now for my friday run i can do 2 miles and that will be 10 for the week. if i do more, all the better. i ran a little longer today time wise because i was real late and a bit tired from work and took my time to endure. 


i noticed i sweat way more at the gym than on a run. i wonder why. i enjoy the run though once i get going. one step at a time.
