yea!!!!! i crossed the 25th training day! whew. i missed run training on monday as i was traveling to visit mom. i also had some slight pain in my right foot and ankle so it was good to rest. i used that rest to push another milestone today. i ran for 1 hour. this is truly my longest run and time running yet. at this pace it will take me 4 hours to run the marathon. as a goal at this point is to meet that or beat it but most important is to finish.
