training day number twenty-four

wow, what a day. i have truly enjoyed this day. what a day it was. ok enough of that. it was hot. it was crazy. i was inside in a/c most of the day but for this blog i run and for my run, it was hot. but then, it was a glorious day. (the writer laughs out loud; just saying)


i pumped out 5 miles like a pro. it was to be my first run in the rain but i left work a bit early and got in the last mile before the drops started to fall. it must be stated the run was full of uncertainty as i didn't know when it would start raining. i set out with dark clouds, thunder, lighting and the lack of knowing if i would make it back home. 


gym: 30 minutes cycle on 12 of 20 manual setting, abs, pushups and stretches 410 calories (yep, i still do the same. i get a good sense of fun from the pump bars. they make me feel like i can fly.)
