training day number twenty-three

i did the fullsteam bull city running club run again today. a kid yelled out "look at that old man run. he gonna beat those younger guys." i felt good and bad about that at the same time. i was the 3rd guy in though not bad for the old guy. plus it was hot at 92 degrees and 45% humidity.

gym: 30 minutes cycle on 12 of 20 manual setting, abs, pushups and stretches 410 calories
